Items must meet the following conditions:
Unopened and in original packaging (for new sets)
All parts and pieces included
Not damaged or used (unless faulty)
Returned within 30 days of receipt
The following items cannot be returned:
Opened collectible or rare sets (unless faulty)
Used or built sets
Items without original packaging
Clearance or sale items marked as final sale

Securely package the item and attach the return label

Refund processed within 5-7 working days of receiving the return
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 working days of us receiving your returned item. You'll receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, damaged item, etc.).
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a free return and send you a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
