Price Offer Agreement

By submitting a price offer for any item on BrickVault, you understand and agree to the following terms:

1. Legal Contract

When we accept your price offer, a legally binding contract is formed between you and BrickVault for the purchase of the item at your offered price. By making an offer, you acknowledge that you are legally binding yourself to complete the transaction if we accept.

2. Payment Authorization

You authorize us to charge your provided payment method immediately upon acceptance of your offer. The charge will be for the exact amount of your offered price plus applicable taxes and delivery fees.

3. Card Details

Your payment card details are securely tokenized and encrypted. They will only be charged if we accept your offer. If we reject your offer, your card will not be charged and your details will be securely deleted.

4. Offer Validity

Offers remain open for 7 days from submission. We will notify you of acceptance or rejection within this period. You may withdraw your offer at any time before acceptance.

5. No Refunds for Accepted Offers

Once an offer is accepted and payment is charged, the transaction is final. Standard returns policy does not apply to negotiated offers. Items are sold as described.

6. Item Availability

We reserve the right to reject any offer if the item is no longer available or the details have changed. You will be notified immediately and your card will not be charged.

7. Disputes

Any disputes regarding accepted offers must be raised within 14 days of acceptance. We reserve the right to resolve disputes at our discretion.
